Join us June 4th for a special, multi-course dinner crafted around our favorite summer spirit. To celebrate the launch of The Publican's hand-selected barrel of Tom Cat Gin from Barr Hill in Vermont, Publican Quality Meats' Chef Joe Frietze and Mike Raskin have designed a menu paired with four distinct gin cocktails from Publican Head Bartender Melissa Romanos.
