It's hard to believe we opened our doors a decade ago. But, we're nothing if not realists, so we know the best way to celebrate ten years in business is to throw a real good party.

Join Paul Kahan, Donnie Madia, Terry Alexander, Eduard Seitan, and the entire Publican family on Sunday, October 28 as we raise a glass to the purveyors, farmers, ranchers, fishermen, distillers, and brewers who've been with us from the beginning. The festivities kick off at 5 pm, with a reception filled with Island Creek Oysters, La Quercia ham and welcome drinks. The celebration will continue with a seated Sunday Supper, made up of family-style courses of our classic dishes. And, because it wouldn't be a true Publican dinner without a beer list to match, we'll be pairing each dinner course with beers from breweries we love, such as Cantillon, Hill Farmstead, and Goose Island.

The Publican 10th Anniversary Sunday Supper

Sunday, October 28th, 5pm - 9pm

Tickets start at $150 per person and include all food and beverage for the evening with the exception of some very special bottlings available "a la carte"

1st COURSE:

baked harbison cheese- white cornmeal polenta & olive bread
&
honey crisp apple salad- charred cabbage, pickled golden raisins & brown butter walnut vinaigrette

Beer Pairing: Publican & Metropolitan Nesco Disco

2nd COURSE:

smoked black cod- ribollita, mussel escabeche & salsa verde

Side: roasted sunchokes, caramelized onion vinaigrette & pecorino

Beer Pairing: Publican & Off Color White Light from the Mouth of Infinity

3rd COURSE:

cinta ham chop "in hay", sage farmers cheese, persimmon & hazelnut aillade

Side: glazed honey nut squash-  farro, maitake mushrooms, pomegranate & pinenuts

Beer Pairing: Westmalle Dubbel (pouring on draft in the USA for the first time in over 30 years!)
 
Dessert:

apple cider custard and pumpkin trifle & assortment of seasonal cookies
