Bar Hill Gin Dinner- Monday, June 4th, 2018 at 7:30 PM- Publican Quality Meats

 
 

Join us June 4th for a special, multi-course dinner crafted around our favorite summer spirit. To celebrate the launch of The Publican's hand-selected barrel of Tom Cat Gin from Barr Hill in Vermont, Publican Quality Meats' Chef Joe Frietze and Mike Raskin have designed a menu paired with four distinct gin cocktails from Publican Head Bartender Melissa Romanos. Price: $95 per person plus 11.5% tax, 20% gratuity & 2% service charge ($127.04 total)

Aperitif: 
asparagus- labneh, multigrain bread
stracciatella- English pea, pesto, olive bread
French 75- Barr Hill Tom Cat, Lemon, Sugar, Sparkling wine

1st Course:

strawberry tomato salad- arugula & burnt honey
Bees Knees- Barr Hill Tom Cat, lemon, honey

2nd Course:

pork collar- wax beans, citrus & cashews
Tom Cat Negroni- Barr Hill Tom Cat, Siset Vermouth, Campari

3rd Course:

duck confit- pickled cherries, couscous & pecans
Martinez- Barr Hill Tom Cat, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, Angostura Bitters, housemate burnt orange bitters

Dessert:

Ramos gin fizz sundae
